How to make

  1. Mix together the pancake mix, sugar, eggs and milk.
  2. When the batter is blended, add the melted butter and mix well.
  3. Add the matcha and mix well.
  4. Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.
  5. If the dough doesn't stick to a bamboo skewer, it's done.
