- 5.3oz pancake mix
- 1 egg
- 3.4fl oz milk
- 0.3oz SOL MATCHA CULINARY
- 0.5oz butter
How to make
- In a bowl, make a meringue with the egg whites.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the egg yolks, milk and matcha.
- Add the pancake mix to  and mix lightly.
- Add the meringue and mix lightly.
- Place the butter in a warm pan and cook the pancakes to desired size.
